A group of midwestern teens face off against a demonic force that drives them to violence in this 80s teen slasher.
This 3-episode Actual Play is framed as an 80s cult classic film, and draws on the aesthetics and tropes of that time and medium to create a high-drama high-violence supernatural thriller. It explores themes of adolescence, alienation, queer identity, and violent motivations.
The GM required players to remove their headphones when they were not in a scene so that no player had a full understanding of the mystery as it unfolded. The players watched the full show for the first time with the audience at its premiere, and their reactions were recorded on a seperate stream.
